Parent-Teacher conferences are next week, Thursday, September 5th. Conferences will be held in person between 1:00pm-4:30pm and 5:00pm-7:00pm. Conferences do not need to be scheduled this year as we will be hosting an "open-forum" format where you are welcome to meet with any or all of your child's teachers; it will be up to you.
Additionally, we are asking for your child(ren) to attend conferences with you as they will be involved in leading discussion between families and teachers (we will be prepping them for this during the school day).
When you arrive on campus for conferences, we will be providing you with a handout of specific school information including grades, attendance, state testing proficiency levels and Performance Matters State Standards pre-testing scores, as well as some other valuable school information.
We are excited to host conferences with a new format at HJHS as we continue to strengthen our home-to-school partnership. We will send additional information as we approach conference day.
