Sergeant Benally is the Platoon Sergeant and Training Non-Commissioned Officer for Engineer Support Platoon at Landing Support Company for the 3D Landing Support Battalion.

Justin Ahasteen U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and HHS Class of 2014 Alum works as a Government & Legislative Affairs Associate for the Navajo Nation Washington Office advocating for positive policy changes to improve Native American communities.
Justin is graduate from Rio Salado Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in Public Administration and Northern Arizona University with a Bachelors in Justice Stuides.
Justin is starting his second year of graduate school at American University working towards a Master in Public Administration and Public Policy.

As we begin our sports season it is important to be reminded of the Roadrunner Pride that we display as Roadrunner fans! This Friday, 8/19, we will be issuing HHS Chromebooks to all student that requested one during enrollment. Students report to 4th hour class as normal and will be sent to the library at their assigned time to check out their device.

Kelly Hill traveled to Chicago on June 27th to compete with over 10,000 students from around the nation at the FBLA, NLC (Future Business Leaders of America, National Leadership Conference).
Kelly competed in Journalism and walked away with a trophy for 8th place.

HUSD Governing Board Vice-President and Founder of the Tour De SiiHasin bike event; as well as many HUSD students and parents, are participating in the 2022 Tour de SiiHasin Bike Ride this week which spans 400 miles through the Navajo Nation! Amazing people on an amazing ride!
