HHS is proud to recognize Vyktorianna Bowler for being selected as a finalist for the Flinn Scholarship.
The Flinn Foundation commented, reaching the final round of this process is exceedingly difficult: Over 230 high schools from across Arizona delivered more than 1,000 candidates for the Flinn Scholarship this year. Now, representatives of just 30 schools remain. The achievements of Vyktorianna reflects not only her individual dedication, but also the exceptional advocacy and support she has received from teachers and others in the community.
Good luck Vyktorianna in the final round.
