We are thrilled to announce that Park and Hulet will be celebrating "Love Our Schools" Week from October 21st to November 1st, and we would love for all parents, students, alumni, businesses, and community members to join us in this special event! 🎉 During these two weeks, we will be honoring our amazing schools, teachers, principals, support staff, and everyone involved in educating and supporting our students. It's a wonderful opportunity to show how much we LOVE OUR SCHOOLS! 💙💛 Here’s how you can participate: ✅ Send a note or email of appreciation to a teacher or staff member ✅ Help with a school project or volunteer at an event ✅ Make a sign or banner to show your school spirit ✅ Attend Walk to School Day on Wednesday, October 23rd or our Monster Mash on Thursday, October 31st ✅ Sign up to be a volunteer at our school These small acts of kindness help build a positive school community and show our appreciation for all the hard work being done for our students. We truly value your involvement in helping our unique students grow and thrive! 🌟 At HUSD, we are committed to helping every student develop, and this celebration is part of our mission for Community and Family Engagement (CAFÉ). We hope you’ll join us in spreading the love! ❤️ Feel free to share a note, email, or video with our staff by sending it to ntow@holbrook.k12.az.us. Thank you for all you do to support our schools! Warm regards, Mrs. Tow Principal, Park and Hulet #LoveOurSchools #HUSDPride #CelebrateEducation

🎉🔥Yesterday, Park and Hulet Elementary students had an exciting and educational experience at the Fire Prevention Assembly held at the George Gardner Auditorium! Our K-5 students learned all about fire safety and even got to see Mrs. Tow suit up in full fire gear! 🧑‍🚒 The fun didn’t stop there—Sparky the Fire Dog made a special appearance, and everyone cheered as Ms. Newton Pender and Mr. Charter competed in a friendly race to see who could hook up the fire hose the fastest and spray down over 3 water bottles each! 💦 It was a day full of fun and learning, and we are so proud of our students for participating and learning how to stay safe. Great job, Roadrunners! 🚒🐾 #FireSafety #TheRoadrunnerWay #FunAndLearning

Greetings Roadrunners! We ask that everyone is reminded of bus stop safety! Watch for students, never pass a bus with the stop arm out, and slow down around buses! Let's all do our part to keep all Roadrunners safe! Thank you for being Roadrunners!

🌟👏 Congratulations to Mrs. A, our Employee of the Month! 🌟👏 Mrs. Analla has truly embodied "The Roadrunner Way" through her remarkable support for both students and staff. As a first-year mentor to Mrs. Butaslac, who joined us from the Philippines, Mrs. Analla went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition. Despite Mrs. Butaslac's delayed arrival, Mrs. Analla took it upon herself to set up the classroom, create bulletin boards, and prepare lesson plans for her substitute. Her dedication ensured Mrs. Butaslac’s students experienced continuity and high-quality instruction from day one. Beyond this, Mrs. Analla consistently steps in to support staff and students whenever needed, whether during transitions or by taking on extra duties. Her proactive approach and willingness to lend a helping hand have had a positive impact on our entire Park community. Mrs. Analla's actions not only benefit our staff and students but also exemplify unwavering support and perseverance. She manages it all with a smile, spreading positivity and encouragement to everyone around her. We are incredibly fortunate to have Mrs. Analla at Park Elementary. Thank you, Mrs. Analla, for your exceptional dedication and for modeling "The Roadrunner Way" for all of us! 🏆👏 #EmployeeOfTheMonth #TheRoadrunnerWay #ParkPride

grandparents day
Dear Grandparents, Thank you so much for attending our first-ever "Goodies with Grands" event at Park and Hulet today! We were thrilled to welcome 133 grandparents at Hulet and 64 at Park—an even bigger turnout than we had expected. It was wonderful to see the smiles on both the students’ and grandparents’ faces, and we hope you enjoyed the event as much as we did. While the even was great, we’re already looking forward to making some minor adjustments for next year to ensure the event runs even more smoothly. Overall, it was a joy to see so many happy kids and happy grandparents together, and we can’t wait to continue this tradition in the future. Thank you again for making this day so special. We hope to see you next year! Love, Mrs. Tow
