Dear Parents and Guardians, We want to share some important details about our upcoming ITM (virtual learning) days on Monday and Tuesday, August 12/13. ITM Lesson Boxes: To support your child's learning during these days, our teachers have prepared ITM lesson boxes for each student. These boxes contain all the materials and instructions needed for the instructional activities. Distribution Details: We will distribute the ITM lesson boxes via the bus system on Monday afternoon. Please watch for the bus schedule to ensure you receive the box on time. I will send a schedule out on Monday morning with specific times and locations. Next Steps: 1. Monday: Look out for the bus route schedule and have your child ready to receive their ITM lesson box. 2. Monday Afternoon: The box will be delivered to a designated bus stop. If you miss or cannot make the delivery location, please let us know, and we will arrange an alternative way for you to pick it up. 3. Monday/Tuesday: Ensure your child completes the lessons in the box. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
